After served at Fuji Bank (Mizuho Bank), Joey joined Crowe Horwath Japan and has serviced as audit partner. Joey has experience in Singapore for 4 years as a director at Crowe Horwath Singapore, providing international tax advisory services including transfer pricing to MNCs.

Yasunori Kimura

EXPERIENCE:
Yasunori Kimura has belonged to corporate law firms for 6 years. He was engaged in an extensive range of legal matters for domestic clients and international clients, including dispute resolutions and Japan market entry support for foreign companies. Later, he was seconded to Cabinet Office for 3 years and provided support regarding procurement, national property management, and credit management, etc. Currently, he is mainly engaged in the legal matters for government offices and venture companies, providing legal services ranging from advisory, M&A, to personnel and labor matters, at a law firm in Tokyo. He also focuses on supporting start-ups by joining seminars as a lecturer and counselling for their business.

EXPERIENCE:
Working in the Japan office's administrative functions at one of the major American semiconductor company, Naoko Mishima has 18 years' experience in business management. Naoko is well versed in business finance and international accounting with her extensive experience in FP&A, intercompany accounting and expat accounting/tax. She has engaged in various global projects including accounting system implementation, process development and improvement. She also has excellent credential as distribution business manager for supporting the overseas business of the distributors.

Sousuke Akutagawa

Sosuke Akutagawa has been active as legal advisor for corporations in diverse industries including IT, manufacturer and property management since becoming attorney in 2008. He covers a wide range of practice areas including Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Divorce and Guardianship. In the practice of bankruptcy, he has great experience as not only agency but also liquidator for both corporate and individual cases. He brings IT professional background to his practice. He joined a IT company after graduate and was engaged in projects for public sector clients.
